IOco’s Make-Up removal pads are the perfect replacement for disposable cotton pads or cotton balls. Being washable and reusable means you can use them, wash them, and reuse them again. Each make-up pad has a double layer to ensure they are soft and highly absorbent with a reinforced cotton seam.
