Returns Policy (Change of Mind - COM)

If you decide to return an item, it must be in its original condition, including the free screen protector and splash-resistant phone bag if applicable, and sent back to us for an exchange or refund.
Return postage, freight, and associated costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the item/s have been used, we cannot honour a return for change of mind. The product/s must be returned in their original condition. If the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, a 50% deduction may be applied. Please ensure items are wrapped and packaged securely.
