Parcels are delivered usually between 3-7 business days after ordering depending on location. Pet Station tries to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
