You have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number Once received and inspected, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus the original postage cost (we will advise once we inspect the product) minus $2 handling fee.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM
We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us as soon as possible of any damage on delivery concerns, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.
