Shipping Policy
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders across Australia.
Shipping Areas:
We deliver to most metropolitan and regional areas within Australia. Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply to remote or rural locations. Customers will be contacted if this applies.
Dispatch Time:
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional/remote areas: 5–15 business days
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to monitor the shipment.
Authority To Leave (ATL):
We support ATL. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a secure location. You can specify ATL preferences during checkout. Customers are responsible for parcels left under ATL. If ATL is not selected and delivery is unsuccessful, redeliver fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items:
Inspect goods upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Warranty Policy:
Thank you for choosing LumenSphere’s high-quality lighting products. We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products.
Warranty Coverage:
- Applies to all LumenSphere lighting products
- Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase
Not Covered:
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, negligence, or power surges
- Water damage for non-waterproof products
- Wear and tear (e.g., bulb expiry)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Installations not performed by licensed electricians (where applicable)

Change of Mind Returns:
Except in cases of faulty goods, LumenSphere accepts change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to our written approval and at our sole discretion. Please contact us for further details.

Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using tracked and/or insured delivery
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Products without original packaging or with missing components
- Any claim made outside the stated time frame
Making a Claim:
Contact us and provide:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Product details and description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect and installation site
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days with a resolution.
Important:
- Keep your purchase receipt for warranty claims
- All returns must be pre-approved
- Commercial/custom orders may carry different terms
