The Jan van Haasteren family is on holiday in Sweden, where they visit the Midsummer festival and experience the magic of the longest day of the year. A band plays traditional music, there is dancing and the maypole is decorated. Mother-in-law is found at the table full of delicacies, but an angry moose appears. Will this end well? Jan van Haasteren was born in 1936 in Holland. He now creates puzzle illustrations enjoyed by many people in their homes in many countries of the world. Approximate puzzle dimensions: 688mm x 493mm. Made in New Zealand by Holdson using vegetable based inks and recyclable materials.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
