Shipping Details

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours or the next business day if received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.

All products are shipped from Australia via Australia Post. Delivery lead times will vary. Most orders will be delivered within 1- 5 working days.  Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

All Lapoche products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

• Fees may apply

   

Warranty Claims:

All Lapoche products come with a five year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. The warranty covers use under normal conditions and any faults in materials or construction. It does not apply if you change your mind after the 30 day return period, or if the item was used in a way it was not intended.  Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us  to raise a warranty claim.
