4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

This is a good quality green garland that I purchased to decorate for our Christmas. The quality gif the price is amazing. Once fluffed out the same as you do a Christmas tree you have a lovely bushy 1:8 mt garland. I will buy another one next year if I dont sell this house. As they look fabulous

Product looks nothing like photo.all that you get is a branch of a Christmas tree. Not decorated ,just a plain green piece of plastic
