1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Upgraded from a Target tree to this, blown away. The lights are stunning. Friends have likened it to a Balsam Hills tree. Great quality and value

The tree itself is beautiful and id highly recommend, however the postage service this company uses is sub-standard and I only received my order (after waiting 6 weeks) as I went to the depot and collected it myself. Very little updates provided on delivery, at one point the delivery service claimed it was lost. Really poor service and hesitant to purchase again given this experience.

Lovely product with lights. Takes a fair amount of space so remember that when buying it. Looks stunning in the room. It is a shame that the company uses Australia Post for deliveries. It Tok one month to arrive

Easy to assemble. Worth the effort to fluff out branches. Lights are string lights, pre-attached. Looks amazing, lights up whole bay window. Looks great from street.
