Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The unit is good, solid and well built. Good price. Prompt delivery. The is one problem though, (which is a major worry), is that the unit was supplied with an incorrect power supply plug. The plug supplied, only allows one function for lights, with no option to change to any of the other 7 functions (8 functions, as advertised on the description of the product). I did not receive any satisfaction from my initial notification to the supplier or MyDeal. So, I have purchased the correct power plug (that allows me to select one of eight configurations) and have been using my lights as they were intended. Please note, If the product is advertised as having capacity to produce 8 different light configurations, then the supplier needs to ensure that I can actually do that. Meaning, check the product actually does what is advertised. Two photos attached, left incorrect, right correct.
