If are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to QOZY or our local store within 30 days for a refund of the product/s. Just contact our customer service team and we will help to organize your return. All we ask is the product is unopened and the packaging is in its original condition and is received back to us safely and undamaged. If you would like to purchase a return label we are happy to provide this to you at a low cost of $15.95 for you to return this product back to us. If you wish to exchange for another item, please note a separate shipping fee to send the replacement will apply.
