Our products are shipped within 1-3 business working days.
Shipping information and tracking will be provided once your order is accepted for fulfilment and ready for dispatch.

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your order below:

• Metro: 1-5 business days

• Regional: 1-10 business days

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or your parcel is returned due to failure to deliver, a re-delivery fee may apply.

We want you to love your RÚDI MIRO but understand you may change your mind.

Try your purchase(s) on in the comfort of your home and should you need to send them back, you have 14-days from the date of delivery to access a full refund (via your chosen payment method minus shipping any shipping charges). If you require a different size, style or colour, please drop us an email first with Order number in subject title and we will see if we can assist.

Simply send your item(s) back using the returns form found in your order. This must be filled in and sent back with your item(s) to qualify for a refund.

In order to get your return back to us, please follow the below instructions:

1. Put the item(s) you are returning back inside the satchel you received

2. Fill out the returns label received with your order and include inside satchel

3. Label the parcel with the returns address listed below to the outside of the satchel and seal securely

4. Visit your local post office and send it back to us (we recommend you using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns)

RETURN GUIDELINES:

We only accept returns in new, unworn condition.

Original RÚDI MIRO garment tags must be attached.

We offer 14-days from the date of delivery for you to return your item(s).

Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment used to make the purchase within 7-business days of your return being processed.

Any item(s) returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of RÚDI MIRO and may only be refunded as a store credit.

SALE ITEMS: We do not offer refunds on sale item(s) unless deemed faulty therefore we kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. Exchanges of size are welcome however must meet all aspects of our Return Guidelines. Exchanges of size are subject to item/style availability. Please contact us before sending back your item for an exchange.

If you place an order using a gift card or credit note and choose to return an item, your refund will be issued as a gift card . If it is a part payment, we will give you an option to have it returned as a full gift card or as per your part payment.

Returns that do not meet our above guidelines on receipt of arrival will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

GIFT CARD & CREDIT NOTES
Gift cards and credit notes are not redeemable for cash and are to be used within six months of date upon receipt of. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for any loss of a gift card or credit note nor are we able to extended the use-by-date. All gift cards and credit notes are void after the use-by-date. If you have issues using yours, please contact us.
