Change of Mind (COM) Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days for change of mind.

• Full-priced items: Free return label provided (within Australia).

• Sale items: Return allowed, but buyer pays return postage.

• Items must be unworn, unmarked, and in original packaging.

• Free exchange available once per order on full-priced items only.

Warranty / Faulty Items

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

• This applies to both full-price and sale items.
