Processing TimesĀ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods and CostsĀ We offer the following shipping options:
Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro Areas:Ā For items that are in stock, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
All Other Areas: Delivery can take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
International ShippingĀ We currently do NOT ship to select international locations.
Order TrackingĀ Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipmentās progress.
Lost or Delayed ShipmentsĀ If your shipment is lost or delayed, contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable PackagesĀ If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

ReturnsĀ We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition, including packaging and tags. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number in the title of the email and reason for the return in the body with all of your contact details.
RefundsĀ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approval status is at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
