• Please refer to the "Estimated Delivery Time Frame" available in the product listing for expected delivery time to your address.

• NOTE: No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide residential or business address at checkout)

• We ship across Australia, including Major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle, and the Gold Coast

Estimated Delivery Time Frame: 3-14 Business Days

All Lifey* products come with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used. Please keep your invoice number to make a claim.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage arising from improper assembly or modification

• Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse

• Damage, wear and tear resulted by improper or lack of maintenance and/or care

Change of Mind Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original, ‘as-new’ condition

• Include all original packaging (box/carton and protective materials)

• Be free from damage, wear, or modifications

Important: Returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please photograph the item and packaging before handing it to the courier.

Return Costs & Deductions:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

• Initial shipping to you

• Return shipping to us

• A 20% restocking fee (based on the line item total on your tax invoice)

If approved, a refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the return. The refund will equal the product price less shipping and restocking fees.
