• Prior to application, shave the area to remove all body hair.
• For best result sprepare the area at least 1 day prior to using.
• Remove all body oil.
• If you have rashes or broken skin over the area, cover them with a non-stick wound pad.

• Usually applied over joints such as ankles, wrists, elbows, shoulders, fingers, toes etc.
• Always strap the joint at rest.
• Pull the tape off the roll and apply strips over the joint.
• Do not pull the tape off the roll when applied to the joint.
• Prepare pre-cut strips before applying to the joint.

• Rounding the corners helps to avoid the tape from catching on clothing.
• Always begin by removing a little of the backing layer from the center.
• Please don't touch the adhesive with your fingers.
• Apply the strip with stretch over the desired length and location, and then release about 20% of the stretch before applying.
