Overall great value for money! Although the bed is slightly bigger (2cm on each side) than a standard queen size mattress but no big deal when bigger. Easy to set up and looked good. Something to bring up to your contracted delivery courier, they are absolutely NOT friendly & helpful! Look, I understand this kind of delivery is difficult to arrange but by not giving me a rough estimate (even a few hour window would be nice) and telling me to wait all day from 7am - 7pm is just not acceptable especially when other couriers can even all you 30mins prior to delivery. Their call centre in Canbera was a nightmare to speak to so please sort them out otherwise I don't think I have the courage to buy from you again with that sort of delivery service. Thanks
