Kettle Kone to Suit ProQ Elite Excel 20

The Kettle Kone is an accessory to suit your ProQ. It will change the way you approach cooking on your ProQ!

Instructions:

When you place the small opening up, it will turn your ProQ Excel 20 Elite into a dry fryer and gives your chicken a nice crispy skin. It prevents your meat from burning and stops flare-ups. Place the large opening up if you are cooking steaks.
Make sure the all the vents from top and bottom of the Kettle Kone are fully opened to allow maximum airflow.
Place the Kettle Kone in the centre of your ProQ Elite and load it with either charcoal briquettes or lump charcoals
Put pre-lighted charcoal into the cone or light a firestarter under the charcoal.
Wait until the charcoal is ashed before placing the grill in place.
Put some smoking chips or wood in the centre over the top of the Kone.
Put on some heat resistant gloves when checking your food cause the Kettle Kone get very hot.

The product warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of being dropped, exposed to the elements, tampering, mishandling or mis-use such as excessive fire or a motor not being counter-weighted. Stainless steel is not immune to rusting/pitting and is therefore not covered under warranty.

Charcoal pans inside spit roasters are designed to take the brunt of the heat to protect the structural integrity of the spit roaster body. Due to the extreme heat generated when cooking with briquettes/charcoal, some bending of the pan is inevitable and will occur regardless of the thickness of the steel. This is not covered under warranty.

All BBQ Spit Rotisseries' products have been tested and deemed suitable for domestic use only. Using these products commercially voids the warranty. The warranty does not cover postal cost, insurance, incidental charges or any other loss incurred.
