Echinacea

* Traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve cold symptoms.

Licorice

* An expectorant to relieve chesty cough.
* Soothes and relieves sore throat.

Japanese Honeysuckle

* Traditionally used to relieve common cold symptoms.
* Relieves sore throat and mild fever.

Free from sugar, colouring, gluten, dairy and lactose. Suitable for vegans.

Directions for use:

Shake well before use.
5-12 yrs
: 2.5-5mL 2-3 times a day
12+ yrs
: 5-10mL 2-3 times a day
