Shipping Details

Currently all items are sent from our warehouse in QLD. Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

·         Metro: 1-4 business days

·         Regional: 1-6 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. Heavy bulky items; delivery to remote regional postcodes additional shipping fees may apply.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Warranty Claims

We prodide a 3 month warranty on most products. The warranty covers manufacturing faults within the product. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your item please contact us via your MyDeal acct and we will assist you straight away.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. Please contact us via your MyDeal acct for return approval. Once recieved and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

We recommend you use tracking and/ or insurance for delivery of returns as it is your responsibility to return the item
