2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Seeing the excitement in my great grand daughter's face says it all - she and her twin have taken to these chairs and totally "owned" them. Delivery was so fast, my grand daughter double checked to see if it really could be the chairs!! Their dad has also sat in one while playing with them, showing just how sturdy the chair is.
