  • RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address.

We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases.   • ADDRESS CHANGES: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a Return To Sender (RTS) fee, as well as a re-shipping fee (dependent on the item's weight).
