Shipping Details

• We ship all items via standard courier services, which usually operate Monday to Friday during business hours only.
• Tracking details are uploaded for each order. You can track the delivery status of your item on courier company's website. Please monitor the courier website carefully to have somebody home for delivery.
• Please ensure that you provide your current mobile phone number to us when placing an order, should the courier need to contact you
• All standard courier deliveries in Australia are to your door only. For any item heavier than 25kg assistance will be expected by the driver.
• Please inform us if you would like the item left at a location for example on verandah, in porch, inside garage etc. This is known as ‘Authority to Leave’ or ATL. In the event of ATL / unattended delivery, buyer accepts the risk for theft or others damages to item left at premise.
• If you are not at home, a card will be left by the courier to inform you of the missed delivery.
• To sell quality products at a very low cost, we always ship our orders using the most economical options. We promise to dispatch all orders within our committed dispatch time frame, however, as we do not control internal courier operations, we cannot be responsible for delivery time frame or delayed delivery.

We do not accept returns because of change of mind.

We do not have a try and buy service. Once purchased we only accept return under statutory obligations.

All our items are guaranteed by a full Australian Warranty. Please refer to individual listing for length of warranty.

This guarantee is only for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the mattress.

During the period specified by the warranty from the date of your purchase of this product, we will repair or replace the defective product if the defect is found to be caused by faulty workmanship or materials under a valid warranty claim.

This warranty covers the following specific manufacturing faults under conditions of normal wear. (Specifically: A) Coils or wires that are loose or broken. B) Coils or wires that protrude or rip through the fabric. C) MAJOR sagging or indentation.

Mattress must be continuously supported by an appropriate bed frame. For queen or king size mattresses, an appropriate bed frame includes at least five legs and a rigid centre support that extends from the frame to the ground. For slat bed frames, the gap between the slats must be smaller than the slats themselves.

This warranty does not cover the following: A) Wear and tear of mattress fabric or stitching. B) Mattress noise. C) Mattress firmness. D) Handles (where fitted). E) Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation or bed frame. F) Minor manufacturing anomalies that do not impact the performance of the bed (eg. mis-stitching on quilting). G) Damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect including folding, bending, standing on or jumping on the mattress. H) A mattress that on inspection by us is found to be stained or in an unsanitary condition. I) The mattress warranty shall become void if the goods are used for any commercial purpose or in any commercial environment. J) You will be responsible for returning the defective product to our warehouse and for the shipping of the repaired or replaced product when it is ready.
