2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Excellent range of heat settings, easy and secure fitting on bed. Love the 9 hour turn off function not having to worry if it's been left on.
