• Please allow 7 - 12 business days for delivery
• All deliveries made are to street level or kerb side only. If your delivery is required to go up stairs, in a lift or there is a special requirement involved and Bare Outdoors is not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the driver and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.
• We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast

• All our products come with 12 month warranties against manufacturer defects. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or damage that is not caused by misuse. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replace if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. We don’t cover misused, altered or accidentally damaged goods by you. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase and you will be covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
