Delivery may take 3-14 business days.

In an unlikely event If a product is damaged or not working properly, contact us via your account to organise return or refund possibility.
Once your returned item(s) have been received, will review items and once cleared you will either receive your new item or a refund by Your default payment methods.
We will accept returns for faulty products & change of mind. If goods are faulty will provide return shipping label & for change of mind returns customer pays return shipping cost within 14 days after receiving the order.
Please note Under the Health Act pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillow protectors are non-refundable unless faulty. We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or returns for these products. We encourage you to make your selection of items carefully prior to your purchase. If you are unsure please contact us via your account for assistance before making the purchase.

Please ensure when you return your items the are in unopened, unused, in original packaging with labelling intact to be eligible under the guarantee.
