Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

I was very pleasantly surprised with this Air Fryer. I read all the reviews and decided that I had to buy one. It's a great size and cooks meat to perfection (unlike my fry pan). The rotisserie is a bonus that I can't wait to try as well. Saves money on turning on the oven. Very happy!

I love the fact that l can cook and bake all my recepies - like pizzas, toasted sandwiches, warm up anything l wish, great for Tbone steak, l could go on forever about the virtues of this amazing little oven. It is so very easy to keep clean. Great for saving on electricity, and it doesn't heat up the kitchen in summer time like the conventional oven would. I can recommend this beautiful product to anyone who is still sitting on the fence about this new way of cooking. The air fryer works really well. The rotating cage stopped working after a few days but the seller promptly replaced it with a new one in no time at all. I definitely recommend buying from this seller.
