To initiate a return, please contact us via your MyDeal account for approval. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in their original packaging or something similar, with proper protection to prevent damage during transit.
We are not responsible for return items until they arrive at our warehouse, so we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Warranty Claims
