Shipping Details

We take great care to ensure all our goods are in excellent condition before being mailed out. If an item is faulty we will be happy to refund the return postage, however we are unable to take responsibility for any items lost in the mail. Postage is calculated by the size and weight of the combined order.

Tracking Numbers:
All our items are posted with Tracking Numbers.

Delivery Times:
We aim to post all orders within one business day of purchase. Our items are sent with Australia Post.

Change of mind

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Defective/damaged

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
