The Koala Hugs is a clever reinvention of the traditional square swaddle blanket designed to give newborn babies and their parents the long, deep restful sleep they need in those crazy early days.

It's design is based on a method of baby wrapping used by many midwives and maternity hospitals. The Koala Hugs swaddle blanket is made from soft, breathable cotton and features hidden inner pockets that gently cocoon your baby’s arms to continuously calm their startle reflex and keep wriggly hands from escaping the swaddle while they sleep.

Important Safety Point: Koala Hugs is recommended for babies from birth. Babies should no longer be swaddled once they show signs of starting to roll or when swaddling is no longer effective.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. We accept exchange for another item or store credit.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Faulty Product

If you have received a product that is faulty, defective or less than perfect, we will 100% replace it with another - no questions asked! We won't even ask you to return the defective product. We simply ask that you send us an email with your order details and include a photo showing the problem so that we can forward this to our manufacturer.

Received the wrong order

If what you received is not what you ordered, please let us know right away and we will send you the right items you ordered along with a paid return satchel so that you can send back the incorrect item(s) to us without any out of pocket costs to you.

Exchanges

If the product you chose is not quite the right size or you prefer a different design or colour, we are more than happy to exchange this for the correct size or a different design or colour.

Items being returned must be unused, unwashed or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging with tags.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our warehouse.
We will ship your exchange item free of charge. Express shipping fees are not free of charge.
A $9.95 handling and processing fee will be applied with returns (see below for more info).

Handing & Processing Fee
There is a $9.95 fee that will be applied for ALL returns for exchange or store credit. The reason we charge this is because there are costs associated with inspecting and repackaging products that are sent back. We are a small business and cannot absorb these added costs especially since we are already shipping your exchange item free of charge.

What happens when we receive your returned item

We will create an exchange order containing the item(s) you have selected to exchange with.
Your exchange order will be emailed to you for review and to complete any outstanding amounts owing i.e. cost difference between products, handling & processing fee.
