We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.

Shipping
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.

Great product. have ordered numerous of times, always fast in dispatch and shipping. The product it’s self is a slow process so you have to remain in consistant use of product. Many are afraid of purchasing because of dupes but this one is working for me so i wouldn’t say it is.
