From Kotobukiya. The scorpion Zoid GUYSACK returns with updated colors inspired by the Central Continent war, offering customizable cockpit and equipment options. Its articulated arms, legs, tail, and independently moving Laser Claws allow for dynamic poses, while two cockpit types—normal and heavily armored—can be opened and closed to fit the included pilot figure. The model features interchangeable parts, including a removable Zoid Core, Beam Cannon, Sensor Unit, and more, all with adjustable joints for a tailored look. Clear orange and colorless clear canopies and sensor parts, along with newly created emblem and caution decals, complete this highly customizable addition to your Zoid collection. Ages 15 +

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
