Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nicely weighted , they stack inside each other for easy storage and the added lids are great for placing covered bowls in the fridge. I love my set.

Love these stainless steel mixing bowls, they are of good quality esp. airtight lids, very convenient for the storage of fresh clean/chopped vegs in the fridge.

Absolutely love them, haven’t stopped using them, so great to be able to transport food in them and not having to use cling wrap. Dishwasher safe as well! Could not ask for more 😍

I love my new stainless steel bowl set. All five fit inside each other when not in use -and take up very little room- and its great that they have lids too. I do lots of cooking and give to family and friends and one stainless steel bowl never got returned it was one of my favourites - hence my need to replace and I saw this set so very reasonably priced AND they had additional lids too!!! Thank you very much
