Change of Mind

• Customers who shop on klaracosmetics.com may return unopened and unused products within 14-days of purchase and receive a full refund, exchange or credit.
• Klara Cosmetics does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original Klara Cosmetics website receipt of purchase.
• Please understand that we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

• Klara Cosmetics will not refund on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by us.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately as you ascertain that the item is damaged or incorrect. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately, quoting your order number. The resupply of the product will not incur shipping.
