How To Use:

- Wash your hands and the nipple shields in hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly before applying to the breast.
- Gently press the rim towards the nipple of the shield, turning the shield partially inside out.
- Position the cut out portion of the sheild at the top of your breast.
- Bring the shield to your breast, ining nipple up with the shield's nipple opening.

Warnings:

Nipple shields should be used under the direction of a lactation professional. Nipple Shields are intended for short term use. Once the underlying issue causing your challenge has been addressed, it is best ot wean from nipple shields.
