Shipping Details

We will deliver goods wherever possible. Goods are covered by Courier's insurance, but once they are signed for as received in good condition, the insurance is terminated.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we will make sure to process your order as soon as possible. The delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. If you do not receive the product within 2-3 days of making the purchase, please drop us an email and we will look into it.

Delivery to rural areas might take longer.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

This return policy is applicable to all purchases made from Container Guy. At Container Guy we understand how much you value your every purchase and we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as satisfying as possible. So, if you are ever not happy with your purchase, we do offer a 15 days (from date of purchase) return policy.  

Purchased the wrong product?

No worries! We offer a 15 days return/exchange policy. But please note shipping charges will not be refunded!

Wrong order delivered?

We take extra care while delivering your product, but if by chance a wrong product is delivered to you, we assure you to replace it with the right product. All you have to do is send the wrong product to us and we will take care of the rest.

Products damaged in transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product you receive has been damaged in transit, we will replace your product.

Product received is faulty

If the product you receive is faulty, Container Guy will either replace or repair your product. The product needs to be sent to us, so that we can check and confirm that it is faulty.

In case of any of the above mentioned scenarios, simply contact us and we will get back to you. Any product received or complained about after 15 days will not be exchanged or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
