This Naples Teapot with Bamboo Lid and Infuser is both stylish and practical.
It features a glass body, stainless steel filter and bamboo lid, making it a visual statement piece.
Preheat the glass teapot with hot water, discarding when warm.
For the infuser, add one teaspoon of loose tea leaves per cup of water being used, plus an extra teaspoon for the pot (up to 1/3 full, allowing room for the tea to brew).
Adjust the quantity for personal taste and specific tea.
Pour boiling water into the pot and replace the bamboo lid (infuser attached).
Steep 2-3 minutes for green tea, 3-5 minutes for black tea, and 5+ minutes for herbal infusions.
Once steeping is complete, simply raise the infuser above the tea line.
Tip: excessive steeping makes the tea bitter.
For a strong brew, add more tea rather than steeping for longer.
Wash before first use.
Handwash only.

Change of Mind returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy, see below for terms and conditions:

Item must be in an unused, unopened and in saleable condition
Item must be in original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached
Customer is liable for all fees and costs incurred to return the product to our warehouse which must include tracking
A claim must be lodged with us prior to shipping the item and once the item has been received by us, we will process the return

Damaged on arrival/incorrect product

We do our best to ensure the correct item arrives to you safely and undamaged however, on occasion damages can occur in transit.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and share photos of the packaging and item as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.

Faulty items

Our items come with guarantees in line with Australian Consumer Law, if the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse if the problem has arisen due to the item being misused.
