• Leg Extension

1. Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest.
2. Place your legs under the front padded lever, just above your ankles.
3. Adjust the machine settings to fit your body.
4. Extend your legs to lift the padded lever while keeping your back flat against the backrest.
5. Slowly lower the lever back to the starting position.

• Leg Curl

1. Adjust the machine to the leg curl position if necessary.
2. Sit on the machine with your legs positioned under the back padded lever.
3. Curl your legs towards your buttocks, pulling the padded lever with your lower legs.
4. Slowly return to the starting position.
