Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• Metro: 5-10 business days

• Regional: 10-20 business days

We Accept delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), the delivery duration mentioned above may increase, subject to courier staff availability.

Brick Island guarantees that your item will be packed and shipped from our warehouse within three business days from the time you place your order. However, as we have no control over courier companies, we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and sealed.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
