Shipping Details
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3-12 business days, depending on your location and the courier used. We use a combination of Australia Post and various couriers for all deliveries depending on the best option for your location.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order, as we cannot usually make changes once an order is placed. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund will be issued minus the shipping and handling costs. If you need to update your address, please cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details.
For items that are faulty or not as advertised due to our error, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections, so please choose carefully.
Please note that our products are children’s toys, and boxes may have minor shelf wear or dents. We cannot guarantee collector-grade, mint-condition packaging.
