Big Warehouse Refurbs will allow a return if you have changed your mind, provided that the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be in new condition, unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any package seals must remain unbroken, and the item must be in a resalable condition and undamaged.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes if the seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the return shipping cost. If the item is not received by Big Warehouse Refurbs, you will not be eligible for a return.
A refund will only be provided once the returned product is received and complies with the requirements outlined above.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to your nominated address.
Where no incorrect item was supplied or faulty goods involved, a restocking fee may apply to used or refurbished items. Additionally, the original postage charge may not be refunded, even if free shipping was applied to your order.
Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange.The return must be received by Big Warehouse Refurbs within 30 days after the issuance of the return label.
