If the Courier is driver in local, we will arrange the delivery via driver, usually Saturday;

In the event that there won't be anyone available at home, please let us know where you would prefer us to leave the package securely.

If the courier is logistic company,you can track it on their website. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Additionally, if your delivery address involves stairs or a bridge, please inform us in advance. This ensures a more accurate and efficient delivery of your items.

Please be aware that for deliveries involving stairs, bridges, or other special circumstances, an additional delivery surcharge may apply.

If the item doesn’t not meet your needs, please message firstly,we will try our best to find a prefect item for you.

If you just don’t need this item, please pack the item the way you received it, check the attached label, print and paste it on the parcel and send it. Please make sure the item and its package are all in their original condition before sending them back.We will refund you after receiving and checking the item and the package.

If the product itself is not damaged, you change of mind and hope to return it after receiving the goods. Please note that a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. 

If the product itself is defective, we will replace or refund it for you.
