• Metro: 2-4 business days

• Regional: 2-10 business days

• All products come with manufacturers warranty. We can assist with any warranty claims if needed. 

• We offer 10-day change of mind returns on some items. The customer is liable for return fees and costs.There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns to cover the initial cost of shipping.

• Mattresses in a box and rugs are not returnable. as they are not able to be placed back into their original packaging for resale.

• Bedding (QUILTS, PILLOWS, SHEETS, QUILT COVERS, TOPPERS AND MATTRESS PROTECTORS) are not returnable due to hygiene standards.

• Rugs must be in its original packaging,.unused, unwashed and unopened. 10% restocking fee.

• Wall decals are not able to be returned as they are made to order.
