Listerine Total Care is a multi-benefit mouthwash designed for complete oral health. When used twice daily, it helps to:

• Rinse with 20ml undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily, after brushing and flossing.
• Do not swallow. Expel the liquid after rinsing.
