She stands at 40cm tall and comes with adorable accessories that all babies must have including a dummy with a clip, a magic bottle, a potty and a cap To make her even more realistic, Piccolina also comes with 2 interactive play modes. The first play mode lets your child make Piccolina sleep whilst hearing the baby doll giggle and speak when her hand is pressed. The second play mode lets your child put the baby doll to sleep and listen to her sleeping sounds when her hand is pressed. But when her other hand is pressed, she would either giggle or cry. When she's hungry, your child can feed her using the included bottle filled with water. She also needs to pee from time to time. To do that, make sure your child places her on her potty then press her belly to make her wee. If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.
