Good for:
Dosage: Adults only - take one capsule, twice daily with water, or as directed by your health professional.

Kalmegh:
Andrographis Paniculata (Kalmegh) is best known for its beneficial qualities with liver and spleen disorders, stimulates liver function, and also helps to improve the metabolic function, and support treatment of skin diseases. Kalmegh has energetics which are bitter, is hot in potency, has a pungent post digestive effect (PDE) and has qualities which are dry and light. Kalmegh balances both Pitta and Kapha. Active constituent: Andrographolide. Part used: Whole plant. Dosage 1-3g.
Bhumiamalaki:
Phyllanthus Amarus (Bhumiamalaki) is known for aiding with inflammation, enlargement of liver and spleen, jaundice, liver carcinoma, fatty liver, blood disorders, eye disorders, anaemia, hypertension and diabetes. In Ayurveda, Bhumiamalaki has energetics which are bitter, astringent and sweet in taste, is cold in potency, has a sweet post-digestive effect (PDE) and has dry and rough qualities. Bhumiamalaki helps to balance Kapha and Pitta. Part used: Whole plant.
Punarnava:
Boerhavia Diffusa (Punarnava) is helpful for liver disorders, swelling, oedema, kidney disorders and is also a very good diuretic. In Ayurveda, Punarnava has energetics which are sweet, bitter and astringent in taste, is hot in potency, has a pungent post-digestive effect (PDE) and balances both Kapha and Vata. Part used: whole plant. Dosage 2-4g.

Cyperus Rotundus (Musta, Nut Grass) is helpful in managing liver and spleen disorders, aids with digestive problems, irritable bowel syndrome issues, intestinal worms and for chronic fever. In Ayurveda, this herb has energetics which are bitter, pungent and astringent, is cold in potency, has a pungent post-digestive effect (PDE) and balances both Kapha and Pitta. Part used: Rhizome.
