1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Haven't installed the gate kit as yet.. But love that it comes with all hardware etc screws / bolts etc. My deal were great in letting me know how to item was going from purchase to being delivered.. It came within the second business day to my door. Even i wasnt ready for it being delivered that soon but love the service. Happy to look up my next purchase using my deal.. Great work guys 🖐stars
