Description: The LR Baggs Element Active System is an advanced undersaddle pickup designed to provide an unrivaled dynamic range. Unlike typical undersaddle pickups that rely on string compression, the Element mirrors the soundboard's movement. It features a flexible film sensor that is only 2 thousandths of an inch thick, capturing the guitar's delicate nuances. This design suppresses unwanted "quack" and maintains acoustic fidelity.
The EAS-VTC model includes volume and tone control, with a treble tone control and a low frequency compression circuit. The built-in LF compressor reduces low end thump, enhancing realism.
