    I was looking for a pillow replacement and decided to buy these pillows because of all good reviews. I didn't know what to expect as I've never had memory foam pillows before. It's definitely firm and when the first time I've tried this pillow I was quite skeptical. I've been using this pillow for three weeks now and absolutely LOVE it. It offers great support and my neck and shoulders are not sore anymore in the mornings. As others commented in their reviews, these pillows have some chemical smell and I could feel it during the first week of using them. However, now it's almost gone.
