Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Great quality, value for money & arrvied promptly. Would recommend. I purchased knitted Bamboo jacquared in double. I have mattress with pillow top average size. If you have pillow top more than average size or mattress topper I would suggest buying queen size. Mattress protector very smug fit. Helped with allergies & skin conditions. Plastic on backing does not make noise or cause sweating. Note that with plastic backing if you only have access to dryer can take longer & heavy.
